My Story – The Road to Roberto Cigars

Since childhood, I've been fascinated by the world of tobacco. I regularly accompanied my father to the tobacco plantations and factories where he worked so devotedly for over 20 years.

Even back then, I loved the scent of fermented tobacco leaves—not for smoking, but because I was fascinated by the entire process: from the seedling to the finished cigar.

I watched with wide eyes as the plants grew, were cared for, harvested, and processed. I was particularly fascinated by the artistic fermentation and the manual work in the factory. I knew early on: This is more than just a job—it's culture, tradition, and passion.

Years later, as I grew up, I discovered my love for cigars. But not just any cigars—I dreamed of creating my own. A cigar that combines quality and history. A cigar that would appeal to both seasoned aficionados and new connoisseurs.

This is how Roberto Cigars – Puro Placer was born.
